Working closely with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications;
Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions;
Facilitating Scrum rituals (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective);
Ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices;
Removing obstacles and promoting continuous improvement;
Planning and monitoring the progress of application projects with development teams;
Streamlining communication between development teams and stakeholders;
Ensure, in conjunction with the testing teams, that deliverables meet expectations.
Job Profile
*Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) to four (4) years of professional experience in Digital Finance, Fintech, Telecommunications, or Software Development.
*Knowledge and Skills:
Good understanding of software development cycles,
good knowledge of IT project management,
excellent oral and written communication skills (English and French),
strong analytical skills,
confidentiality,
availability,
high moral
character, initiative, and
the ability to work under pressure.
