  • Master ‘s degree (BAC + 5) in Social Sciences for Development
  • Civil servants at A2 level, Nasla (cycle A), or minimum category XI contract employee
  • Management skills​
  • Good knowledge of administrative writing
  • Good knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to economic and social development , as well as issues related to the national decentralization policy .​​​
  • Analytical and synthesis skills​
  • Good knowledge of ICT
  • To be able to read, write and speak French and/or English fluently
  • Mastery of the procurement process​​​
  • Good morals
  • Experience of at least two (02) years in the field
  • Having worked for at least two (02) years in a Decentralized Territorial Authority (CTD) would be an asset

POSITION: CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKS ENGINEERS

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Civil Servants (Grade A, Nasla – Cycle A), or Contractual Employee (Category X minimum)
  • Good knowledge of technical and legal standards relating to infrastructure and land-use planning
  • Skilled in the design and construction of civil engineering works, paved and unpaved roads
  • Good knowledge of project setup and management
  • Management skills
  • Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Robot.
  • To be able to read, write and speak French and/or English fluently
  • Good knowledge of ICT

POSITION: COMPUTER WORKS ENGINEERS

  • Excellent knowledge of ICT
  • Good knowledge of computer maintenance

  • At least 2 years’ experience in budget preparation and execution
  • Capable of administrative and financial management
  • Knowing how to use accounting software

POSITIONS: ECONOMISTS, PLANNERS, AGRONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL OR LIVESTOCK ENGINEERS

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BAC + 3) in Economics and Management, Law, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Development Management and Organizational Management, Agronomy, Animal Husbandry or Environment
  • Good knowledge of technical and legal standards relating to infrastructure and land-use planning
  • Good knowledge of administrative and budgetary procedures and regulations relating to public procurement
  • Good knowledge of tax legislation
  • Good knowledge of project setup and management
  • Management skills

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking French and/or English is required. Number of places: 15

POSITION : MECHANICAL MANAGER

  • Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer , minimum level : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

  • Management and monitoring of equipment stock , good knowledge of parts catalogs​
  • At least 6 years’ experience in the maintenance of civil engineering equipment
  • Training in Materials Management / Logistics​

POSITION: MACHINE OPERATORS

  • 01 Grader Operator
  • 01 Loader Excavator Operator

  • Permit required to operate the machinery
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction of paved and unpaved roads
  • To be able to read, write and speak French and/or English fluently
  • Ability to detect minor malfunctions and monitor the machine

POSITION: PASSENGER VEHICLE DRIVERS

  • CEP or FSLC level
  • Category B driving licence required
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Ability to detect minor faults and ensure vehicle maintenance

POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS

  • Minimum qualification: Baccalaureate + 2 years of higher education in Human Resources
  • Civil servants in category B, Nasla (cycle B), or minimum category VII contract employee
  • Availability

  • Good knowledge of ICT, particularly data management software

  • Experience of at least two (02) years in the field

POSITION: MATERIALS ACCOUNTANT

  • Minimum qualification: Baccalaureate + 2 years in Accounting/Materials
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting practice
  • Skilled in inventory and materials management

  • Age: Minimum 25 years and maximum 40 years

POSITION: OTHER SUPERVISORY STAFF

  • Minimum level of BAC + 2 in Administration of Decentralized Territorial Communities
