Job Description
Function Treasury Manager M/F Contract type: Permanent Position Location: Africa, Cameroon, DOUALA Working hours: Full time Mission description The Treasury Manager’s missions are to: At the bank level • Validate daily cash flow situations; • Establish annual and monthly cash flow forecasts; • Establish monthly smoothing of cash flow forecasts; • Prepare the negotiation file for current account agreements with banks; • Direct transaction volumes with banks; • Level bank accounts; • Monitor the company’s debt; • Optimize the company’s cash flow; • Ensure that financial costs are minimized; • Ensure the interface with banks; • Ensure the verification of bank invoicing; • Implement the recommendations of external and internal auditors. At the cash desks • Establish daily and monthly dashboards for stations and main cash desks; • Coordinate and domicile the payments of cash and checks held by cashiers in banks; • Justify the balances of bank and cash desk accounts; • Ensure the transfer of receipts to the bank every day; • Respect and ensure the application of cash desk, bank and FINEX procedures; • Update procedures. At the FINEX level • Write the financial monitoring report for projects; • Manage all financial aspects of projects; • Establish project disbursement forecasts; • Establish project monitoring and evaluation; • Prepare and monitor the work of the project conditions; • Monitor the financial aspects of contract execution; • Implement recommendations from donor supervision missions; Profile Basic training: Bac + 3 at least in Accounting, Management, Finance, Audit or any other diploma recognized as equivalent
Experience: At least 10 years of successful experience in a position of the same level.
Technical skills:
• Mastery of finance, budget construction and control, management control, financial analysis, accounting, reporting;
• Good command of OHADA accounting as well as budgetary knowledge;
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting;
• Knowledge of the banking environment;
• Knowledge of the donor environment;
• Mastery of the analysis and processing of accounting and financial information
