Job Description:*
The Cashier is the first and last point of contact with the beauty salon’s customers. Her main missions are to ensure payment for services and products, manage the cash register, provide basic information to customers, and contribute to the institute’s positive image through her warm and professional welcome.

*Cash register and cash register management:*
o Collect payments for treatment services and product sales.
o Manage the various payment methods (cash, bank cards, checks,
etc.).
o Check and account for the cash register at opening and closing.
o Prepare invoices and receipts.
o Manage any refunds or exchanges.
o Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cash register.
*Customer Reception and Information:*
o Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism.
o Answer basic questions regarding services, products, and prices. o Direct customers to beauticians or reception if necessary. o Take and forward messages. o Manage any waiting times with patience and kindness. *Administrative and Organizational Tasks:* o Participate in simple administrative tasks (filing, enveloping, etc.). o Manage product inventory at the cash register (if applicable). o Report any anomalies or problems to your superiors. o Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. *2. Detailed Activities:* *Cash Collection:* o Scan products or enter service amounts accurately. o Use the cash register software efficiently. o Apply current promotions and discounts. o Verify customer identity for check payments. o Secure transactions and handle money in accordance with procedures. o Close the cash register at the end of the day and perform reconciliation. *Reception and customer relations:* o Maintain a smile and a positive attitude in all circumstances. o Listen carefully to customer requests. o Provide clear and concise information. o Manage conflict situations calmly and diplomatically. o Build customer loyalty through a quality welcome. * *Cash management and administration:*

o Ensure the availability of consumables (bags, receipts, etc.).
o Carry out bank deposit operations according to instructions.
o Complete sales tracking tables (if requested). o Participate in the inventory of products at the checkout (if applicable). *3.
