Skills and qualities sought
Master labor law and social law (
in-depth knowledge of regulations and collective agreements). Master talent management (recruitment, skills development and career plan)
⚫ Have a good knowledge of payroll and benefits management (Knowledge of techniques on compensation, benefits and payroll)
