KORV CONSULTING Africa is recruiting for one of its clients operating in the “Oil and Gas” industry, based in the city of Douala, a General Management Assistant. The Executive Assistant provides strategic, organizational, and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Deputy General Management (DGM). As a true administrative right-hand man, he/she coordinates the management of the Management’s agenda, ensures the smooth flow of internal and external information, participates in the monitoring of strategic files, while intervening on specific accounting and financial support missions.
This position requires high availability and great flexibility in hours, adapted to the requirements of the General Management. For this position you must have: · Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Management, Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent · Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally in a bilingual or international environment · Experience in an industrial group or a company operating in industry / energy / oil / gas is a real asset You must also have: · Perfect command of French and English (written and oral, professional level required) · Proven skills in organization, planning, coordination and administrative monitoring · Solid foundations in accounting and financial management · Proficiency in office tools: MS Office (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook · Knowledge of accounting management software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, ERP) is an asset · Excellent writing skills, a spirit of synthesis and documentary rigor · A high sense of confidentiality and discretion · Very high availability and flexible hours · The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities · Proactivity, autonomy and a sense of anticipation.
