JOB MISSION His/Her mission will be to ensure:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
GOVERNANCE AND STRATEGY OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY:
- Define and implement the information systems security policy;
- Ensure that the security system complies with applicable standards and regulations (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS, banking regulatory requirements, etc.);
- Monitor performance and risk indicators related to information security;
- Participate in the integration of security into business projects.
RISK MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE:
- Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and collaborate with technical and business teams to implement corrective measures;
- Conduct risk analyses and coordinate security audits;
- Monitor the implementation of recommendations from information systems security audits and controls;
- Prepare reports for the General Management, Risk Committees and the competent authorities.
BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE:
- Participate in the implementation of IT continuity and recovery plans, in conjunction with the BCP and the PRA;
- Organize PCA tests and ensure follow-up of action plans resulting from these exercises;
- Ensure the availability of critical systems in the event of a major incident.
IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT:
- Participate in the development of authorization matrices;
- Conduct accreditation reviews.
OPERATIONAL SECURITY:
- Oversee the security of infrastructure, networks, applications and databases;
- Ensure the implementation of access control, encryption, backup and monitoring systems;
- Ensure vulnerability management and the handling of security incidents;
- Coordinate responses to cyber threats and security incidents.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering degree in design or Master 2 in information systems security, cybersecurity or equivalent.
2. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security or a similar position, experience in the banking sector is an asset;
- Having the following certifications would be an asset:
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer
- ISO 27005, Ebios Risk Manager
- CEH / CISM / CISA / CISSP
3. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
- Knowledge of security tools (vulnerability scanning, SIEM, DLP, PAM, etc.);
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IT security applicable in the CEMAC zone;
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS standards;
- Knowledge of the banking profession as well as Core Banking and System environments;
- Proficiency in office software and bilingualism in French and English would be an asset.
