The DING RIZ project , spearheaded by HEMLE CORPORATION , is a local fast-food initiative specializing in the preparation and sale of a variety of rice dishes tailored to consumer tastes. As part of its expansion in Douala, particularly in the administrative and business districts, HEMLE CORPORATION is recruiting dynamic, serious, and motivated young women to promote and market its products to government agencies, private companies, businesses, and professionals.
MAIN MISSIONS
Under the supervision of the Marketing & Sales Manager, the Culinary Ambassadors will be responsible for:
– To ensure the promotion, sales and business development of DING RIZ products
– Present the different rice specialties on offer
– To highlight the quality, taste and accessibility of meals
– Identify and prospect government agencies, businesses and shops
– Develop and retain a portfolio of clients in business areas
– Negotiate and propose group orders
– To track orders until delivery.
– Encourage repeat orders and regular contracts
– Guarantee a local and high-quality customer service
– Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets
– Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
– Perform daily sales and prospect reporting
– Participate in commercial coordination meetings.
WORKING HOURS
– Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Break: 1 hour
PROFILE SOUGHT
– Women aged 25 and over
– Clean, active and motivated
– Excellent presentation and professional attitude
– Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
– Ability to work in a team
– Pressure resistance and results orientation
– Experience in sales, catering or marketing is appreciated but not required
– Availability preferred from Monday to Friday.
