About the position

As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous, and results-oriented Customer Relations Officer to strengthen our team. You will play a key role in managing interactions with our customers, partners, and prospects, actively contributing to their satisfaction and the quality of our communication.

Main missions

    • Monitor email exchanges with our prospects and partners, ensure follow-ups, and maintain fluid communication.

    • Manage incoming customer requests (by email, form or other digital channels).

    • Provide first-level customer support, in collaboration with the technical team.

    • Participate in the continuous improvement of customer relations: feedback, satisfaction monitoring, updating databases.

    • Work in coordination with technical and commercial teams to streamline internal processes.

Desired profile

    • Holder of a diploma in IT, business or digital communications.

    • Comfortable with digital tools (emails, CRM, spreadsheets, collaborative tools, etc.).

    • Computer skills and a good understanding of services related to software development.

    • Excellent written and oral communication.

    • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
