Our company is looking for a Customer Service Management Specialist to join our team in the Southwest Region of Cameroon.
Main responsibilities:
– Manage the daily customer relationship;
– Track orders, deliveries, and complaints to ensure smooth and efficient service;
– Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, etc.) to resolve customer concerns;
– Prepare follow-up reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service;
– Maintain professional, prompt, and customer-focused communication.
