@fric Finance SA is a second-category microfinance institution whose mission is to promote financial inclusion by offering financial services tailored to individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, traders, farmers, and other economic actors often excluded from the traditional banking system.
General objective:
Develop and manage a profitable and secure loan portfolio, ensuring sound analysis, rigorous customer monitoring and risk management.
Specific objectives:
Develop credit activity, control risks, ensure loan repayment and maintain a lasting relationship with clients.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Analysis and granting of credit
Prospecting and identifying potential clients (individuals or groups).
Analyze the creditworthiness of applicants through field surveys and the study of guarantees.
Prepare credit files according to EMF procedures.
Present the files to the credit committee and follow up on the decision.
Participate in the effective implementation of the approved credits .
2. Monitoring of the loan portfolio
Conduct regular visits to clients to monitor funded activities.
Monitor repayment deadlines and alert in case of delay.
Keep customer records and follow-up reports up to date.
3. Debt collection
Implement amicable debt recovery actions (calls, reminders, visits).
Prepare files for legal recovery if necessary.
Propose and monitor rescheduling or repayment plans.
Keep a collection log and produce regular reports .
4. Participation in risk management
Identify risk factors in intervention areas.
Propose measures to reduce credit risk.
Comply with prudential standards and debt thresholds .
5. Support for the commercial strategy
Contribute to achieving portfolio growth objectives.
Participate in awareness campaigns about financial products.
Working in synergy with other agents to improve the agency’s performance.
Number of years of experience in a similar position : Minimum 2 years
Education level : BAC + 2 in commercial action, marketing commerce sales, banking and finance and any other equivalent diplomas.
