  Context:
As part of its expansion, Wafacash Central Africa aims to strengthen its network of branches and service points.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for understanding customer needs and offering suitable products, developing revenue and profitability within the portfolio.

  Main Responsibilities:

Proactively propose complementary products tailored to customer needs (cross-selling);
Ensure follow-up and loyalty with the agency’s existing clientele;
Handle customer requests and complaints promptly;
Maintain an up-to-date customer database;
Identify and prospect for new clients within the agency’s catchment area;
Participate in field business development activities (sales calls, distribution of promotional materials);
Contribute to achieving the agency’s sales targets
; Ensure compliance with AML/CFT and transaction security procedures;
Ensure proper maintenance of the cash register and related transaction documents.
  Profile: Minimum of a 2-3 year post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business/Sales or equivalent;

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of minimum experience in a similar position, ideally in the money transfer, banking or microfinance sector.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge of money transfer and foreign exchange operations
; Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, business software);
Knowledge of compliance procedures (AML/CFT);
Behavioral Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
Rigor and organizational skills
; Dynamism and a passion for business development;
Ability to work under pressure.
