– Qualifications
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
– Basic knowledge of SQL and VBA
– Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
– Understanding of Telecom performance indicators (KPI)
– Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to synthesize information
– Ability to speak and write English and French
– Desired Profile
– 01 to 03 years of experience as a Data Analyst
– BTS degree in Computer Science or related field
– Experience in NOC or Telecom is a strong asset
