public opinion that
The entrance exam to public and private establishments approved by the Ministry of Public Health, for the training of Medical and Health Professions, is open for the 2024-2025 academic year,
according to the terms and conditions below
:
l. ORGANIZATION
1. For the training sectors: Nursing Assistants, Medical-
Health Technical Agents, State-certified Nurses, Midwives/Midwives and
Medical-Health Technicians
The written tests concerning the entrance examination to the cycles of the
training courses mentioned above will take place on Saturday August 10, 2024 in the
following ten (10) examination centers: Bafoussam, Bamenda, Bertoua, Buea, Douala, Ebolowa, Garoua,
Maroua, Ngaoundéré and Yaoundé.
2. For the training courses: Specialized Nurses
For the 2024 session, the selection of candidates for the Specialized Nurses training cycle
will be carried out exclusively on file study.

Ill. CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED
To apply, the conditions to be met are as follows:
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a. For regular candidates
– Be of Cameroonian or foreign nationality, male or female:
– Be at least 18 years old and at most 35 years old on January 1, 2024.
b. For worker candidates: State agents, workers in the secular and
religious private sector
– Be of Cameroonian or foreign nationality, male or female;
– Be at least 21 years old and no more than 45 years old on January 1, 2024:

Hold one of the following required diplomas:
a. For the training courses: General Nursing Assistants and
Medical-Health Technical Agents
– BEPC;
– CAP in Social and Family Economy;
– CAP in Medical Secretariat;
– __GCE OL General Education in 04 subjects, excluding
b. For training courses: State Registered Nurses, Midwives/Midwifes
and Medical-Health Technicians

IV. COMPOSITION OF THE APPLICATION FILE
The files will include the following documents:
1. A form to be completed, printed by the candidate and downloaded from the website
www.concoursminsante.cm or http://concours.minsante.cm;
2. An application form stamped at 1,500 FCFA, dated and signed by the candidate,
including the following information:
– the first and last names as well as the full address of the candidate;
– the training courses chosen:
– the examination center;
– the training establishments chosen: candidates must choose three (03)
training establishments, including one (01) public establishment and two (02)
private establishments, depending on the available training courses and
in accordance with the list of establishments training courses approved by MINSANTE in
the appendix,
3. A certified photocopy of the birth certificate dated less than three (03)
months;
4. A certified photocopy of the required diploma dating less than three (03) months;
5. A certificate of presentation of the original of the required diploma dating less than three
(03) months;
8. A certified photocopy of the national identity card or any other
valid identity document dated less than three (03) months:
9. A certified photocopy of a recruitment document or an employment contract signed by
the employer for candidate workers:
10. A certificate of effective presence in the position dating back less than three (03) months signed
by the employer or the competent authority for worker candidates:
11. An authorization to compete signed by the competent authority for worker candidates

12, Two (02) 4×4 color photos on a white background;
13. A large envelope stamped at 1,000 FCFA (postal stamp) bearing the
candidate’s first and last names, city of residence, telephone contact, chosen training courses,
postal address if applicable;
14. A receipt for payment of registration fees for the training competition issued by
the manager of the application submission center in the amount of 20,000 FCFA.
1. CANDIDATES REGISTERED FOR THE NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS FOR THE 2024 SESSION
ARE AUTHORIZED TO APPLY SUBJECT TO
OBTAINING THE REQUIRED DIPLOMA.
The latter must provide as supporting document the receipt of registration for said
exams for the current year and must complete the application file as soon as
the results of the competition are published.
Their final admission will depend on obtaining and presenting the
required diploma.
2 . THE COMPLETE FILES WILL BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JULY 27, 2024

3. ANY INCOMPLETE FILE OR PRESENTING A NON-COMPLIANT DIPLOMA WILL BE
SYSTEMATICALLY REJECTED.

Candidates’ access to the examination room will be conditional on the presentation of the
following documents:

National Identity Card (CNI) or any other identity document (passport or residence card ). The list of candidates authorized to compete will be published 72 hours before the date of the tests, in the application submission centers and on the website www.concoursminsante.cm. The results of the entrance examination into public and private establishments for health personnel, all training cycles combined, will be published by Decision of the Minister of Public Health. NB. : THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSIGN CANDIDATES ADMITTED TO THE COMPETITION, ACCORDING TO THE AVAILABILITY OF EXISTING PLACES IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HEALTH PERSONNEL TRAINING ESTABLISHMENTS.
