AgentsDouala-Limbe-Kumba-Yaounde-Bafoussam-BamendaYour mission: As aDirect Sales Agent, you will play a key role indeveloping UBC’s client portfolio.You will be responsible for:• Prospecting and recruiting new clientsin the field• Promoting our flagship products:Prozpera application, GIMAC/VISA cards,credit offers, bancassurance solutions, etc.• Carrying out cross-selling based on theexisting portfolio• Participating in campaigns to reactivatedormant accounts• Contributing to achievingcommercial objectives: account openings,initial deposits, digital equipment ofclients
Profile sought: ▪ Age: 20-30 years▪ Minimum HND/BTS in commerce, marketing,or other in management sciences▪ Experience in direct sales orprospecting (6 months minimum) is an asset▪ Appetite for field work▪ Comfortable with digital tools▪ Autonomy, motivation andresults▪ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convince
