Main missions:
– Supervise an e-commerce team and monitor its performance
– Deploy the company’s digital strategy
– Manage the online store: development, optimization, relationship with developers
– Develop a commercial animation plan: campaigns, promotions, e-merchandising
– Manage supplier relationships, stocks and procurement
– Collaborate with the CRM, Communication and Customer Service teams
– Monitor KPIs: traffic, sales, conversion, profitability
– Contribute to recruitment and the integration of new recruits
– Participate in cross-functional projects and commercial innovation
Required profile:
– Be at least 26 years old
– Bac+3 minimum with 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce
– Knowledge of WooCommerce, Google Analytics, CRM and CMS tools
– Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and autonomy
– Very good written and oral expression in French, bilingualism is a plus
– Experience in sales of services and consumer products
– First management position appreciated
