About the company
As part of its development, the French Travel Agency (AFV Travel), an IATA agency specializing in airline ticketing and corporate travel management, is recruiting a Travel Agent / Ticketing Agent.
Main missions
- Advising and assisting clients (individuals and businesses) in organizing their trips
- Make reservations and issue tickets via Amadeus (GDS)
- Managing modifications, exchanges, refunds and complex cases
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of client files
- Working in coordination with the team to ensure a smooth and professional service
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or airline
- Operational mastery of Amadeus (reservation, pricing, issuing, modification)
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Minimum level B2 in English
- Rigour, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of customer service and responsibility

Recruitment process
