MISSION
To manage human resources administration by ensuring compliant, reliable, and efficient management of personnel, employment contracts, discipline, and legal obligations, while maintaining a positive work environment through constructive social dialogue and effective management of disputes and social affairs, in order to contribute to the sustainable performance of PHP and the protection of the company’s and its employees’ interests, in compliance with guidelines, technical instructions, standards, safety measures, and environmental requirements.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
v/ Management of employment contracts
Disciplinary management
Dispute management, dialogue, and social climate
Management of social affairs (External relations, insurance) Health, CSST…)
Team management and communication
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree (44/5 years of higher education), Administration/HR/Labor Law
Minimum 8 years of experience in Personnel Administration/Litigation Management, social affairs in an agro-industrial environment, ideally in the banana sector
Good knowledge of IT tools (Payroll software, Office Suite, Outlook, Qiik, Discover…)
Good knowledge of personnel administration and social law, litigation management
Good knowledge of labor law and social security law
Good knowledge of procedures, HR policies and technical instructions Good working knowledge of English and/or French
