Candidate Profile
1. Required Academic Qualifications:
β€’ Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Law, or any other management science field.
2. Professional Experience:
β€’ Minimum of 5 years of proven experience within an HR Department or Directorate, with 3 years in a similar position. Experience in the banking sector would be an asset.
