JOB PROFILE:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) required.
At least 1 year of experience in human resources management is preferred.
Knowledge of Cameroonian labor law and associated administrative procedures.

Excellent command of computer tools (MS Office suite and others).
Excellent command of French. Knowledge of English would be an asset.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the recruitment process (sourcing, evaluation, and interview organization)
Collect and analyze performance evaluation data
Monitor training activities
Manage employee travel administratively Monitor
annual and maternity leave
Participate in the management of the insurance and telephone fleets
Contribute to the organization of Forvis Mazars events
Monitor HR dashboards
