Implement the HR policy, define the strategy in order to contribute to the
company’s performance and ensure the quality of Human Resources in compliance with
current regulations.
MISSIONS
• Define the HR strategy and policy in accordance with the
company’s strategic objectives.
• Ensure performance management.
• Develop the training plan according to the needs collected and the Group’s strategy and
manage its execution.
• Set up and run the talent and career management system.
• Carry out workforce planning and monitor its implementation.
• Participate in the budgetary process and monitor the HR budget throughout
the year for human resources.
• Execute payroll and make the related tax and social security declarations.
• Ensure relations with social security and welfare organizations.
• Ensure periodic reporting as required by his/her hierarchy and the HR Group.
• Develop the monitoring of HR indicators and make recommendations for their
improvement.
• Participate in attractive HR projects.
• Support and advise managers and employees on their
professional development.
• Ensure the quality of the work environment and the social climate.
• Strengthen the corporate culture around values.
• Ensure relations with employee representative bodies and
administrations.
• Ensure compliance with HR standards, rules and procedures according to Group policy.
• Ensure the application and compliance with the Internal Regulations, and the various
laws and regulations relating to employment.
• Ensure internal communication.
REQUIRED QUALITIES
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Knowledge of payroll methods, calculation rules and tools.
• Knowledge of training engineering management methods and tools.
• Knowledge of GPEC tools.
• Knowledge of performance management methods and tools.
• Good command of office tools.
• Be results-oriented, have a performance culture.
• Ability to organize and manage priorities.
• Interpersonal skills, sense of dialogue, tact and diplomacy, very good listening skills.

PROFILE
• Minimum Bac+4 in human resources, labor law, social sciences, or
equivalent field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar positions with exposure to
various HR functions.

Douala, Republic of Cameroon.
