– Required diploma: BAC G2 & Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting/ Audit and Management Control or equivalent Required experience: Minimum 1 year
Main mission of the position
The “Cost Analyst” is responsible for assisting the “Cost Controller” in the review and management of the company’s expenses.
Activities
– Maintain daily contact with the production department to ensure that production is up-to-date and completed.
– Follow up with production to collect the “flour in silo tracking sheet,” analyze it,
and track the various stock movements of raw materials and miscellaneous items from all company operational sites (wheat, ingredients, packaging, etc.).
– Follow up with production to collect the “flour in silo tracking sheet,” analyze it, and reconcile the actual flour delivered for sale with the remaining stock.
– Receive the following reports daily: Flour stock sheet on pallets, warehouse receipt slip, and confirm the “Sales Out,”
i.e., the sales figure based on the customer order/delivery note/invoice. – Monitor monthly and annual inventories (stock) and stock valuation – Participate in calculating the purchase costs of raw materials, supplies, fixed assets, etc. – Participate in the preparation of monthly/annual reports concerning the company’s activity
– Participate in year-end closing procedures
– Reconcile the actual flour delivered for sale with the remaining stock.
