PROFILE:
• Bac+ in management assistant, HR or equivalent.
• Beginner, previous experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Open-mindedness, dynamic, organizational skills, good communication
JOB DETAILS:
As an Executive Assistant, your main tasks will be:
• Drafting and monitoring contracts (clients and placed staff)
• Preparation of payroll elements
– Filing, archiving and maintaining personnel files
• Communication on our networks and pages
• Customer follow-up
CONTRACT:
Professional internship that may lead to a permanent contract – Working hours: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Location: Douala, PK 8, after the CNPS building Start date: May 2025
