guarantee the logical and physical security of the information system as a
whole.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Cyber governance, risks and compliance
• Ensure that company practices comply with legal regulations and internal and external standards via
regulatory monitoring;
• Develop the culture of cybersecurity among BACM employees by implementing the
annual AFG awareness program;
• Maintain regular reporting on the state of information security, analyze trends in security incidents
and provide strategic recommendations to General Management.
Cyber Risk Management
• Identify and evaluate critical information assets; classify risks according to their probability and their
potential impact on the organization;
• Use techniques and/or methodologies to assess existing and emerging threats; analyze
vulnerabilities in systems and processes;
• Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks, including adoption of
appropriate security technologies and review of policies and procedures.
Identity and Access Management / Privileged Access Management (IAM / PAM)
• Participate in the implementation of AFG’s IAM/PAM program within its scope;
• Manage BACM user access to systems, applications and data, using the
IAM platform;
• Perform real-time monitoring to detect abnormal or unauthorized access uses,
generate detailed reports for audits;
• Regularly train users on access policies, the risks associated with negligence, and reinforce
compliance with security procedures.
Operational security
• Implement and operationally implement the company’s security policy;
• Advise Top Management on security solutions adapted to their needs while rationalizing the
various security tools present on the market and, thus, guarantee better interoperability of systems;
• Manage the security of networks and terminals (workstations, mobile devices, etc.) on its perimeter, and
contribute to the implementation of perimeter security (firewall, proxy);
• Ensure the integration of Security by Design into all IT projects,
ensuring that data protection measures and security controls are proactively integrated
into the architecture of systems, applications and infrastructure from the earliest stages of
development;
• Regularly scan the environment in order to detect vulnerabilities;
• Manage and process security alerts and incidents;
• Build dashboards and indicators to measure the company’s level of operational security.
Cyber Resilience
• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize the impact of
security incidents on business operations;
• Conduct reviews after each major incident to identify gaps in policies and procedures,
and recommend improvements to prevent recurrences;
• Organize regular penetration tests and attack simulations to assess the robustness of
infrastructure and incident responses, and to train staff in crisis responsiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS
• Engineer / Master in Computer Security or other
related discipline;
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience in
a similar position;
• The certifications below are recommended:
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH);
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA);
• Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.
✓ Knowledge
• Good knowledge of the banking environment;
• Good knowledge of banking regulations;
• In-depth knowledge of security standards (ISO
27001, GDPR, ISO 27005, NIS2).

• Mastery of IT security tools: firewalls
, antivirus, intrusion detection systems, etc.
• Mastery of reporting methods;written
