📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily yard operations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure the availability of clean, roadworthy, and compliant trucks and drivers.
- Prepare and manage loading orders.
- Supervise loading and unloading operations at the docks.
- Verify that shipping documents are properly completed and signed.
- Prepare operational reports on resource utilisation, workforce deployment, and challenges encountered.
