📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-level IT support to users.
- Help maintain the availability of computers, networks, and IT services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows workstations, with basic Linux knowledge.
- Support office applications, email, video conferencing, and IP telephony.
- Assist with server administration, shared files, directories, and virtualisation.
- Apply basic cybersecurity practices, access management, backups, and data recovery procedures.
- Maintain IT equipment inventories, document interventions, and track incidents.
- Work under the supervision of the Administrative and Financial Director, in technical coordination with the designated IT contact or service provider.
🎓 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree level (Bac +3/4) in IT, Networks, Systems, or Infrastructure.
- Open to entry-level candidates and applicants with initial professional experience, including internships.
- Must demonstrate practical experience through laboratory work, projects, or professional assignments.
💻 REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.
- Network connectivity troubleshooting and basic cabling.
- Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; basic Linux knowledge.
- Basic understanding of servers, directories, shared files, and virtualisation.
- Basic cybersecurity, user access management, backup, and restoration.
- Ability to read technical documentation in English.
