Business and corporate law;
Litigation management;
Drafting of contracts;
Analyze and carry out a diagnosis;
Coordinate its action with other services and partners;
Position yourself as an expert;
Good knowledge of legal and regulatory provisions in the group’s different areas of activity;
Written and oral fluency;
Rigor and objectivity.
