YOUR MISSION: Participate in monitoring the financial and operational performance of the company by providing support to the Management Control department in the collection, analysis and reporting of data.
YOUR ACTIVITIES Participate in the development of the company’s annual budget Ensure budget monitoring and analyze variances between forecasts and actual results Participate in the preparation of reforecasts and periodic estimates Produce management dashboards and reports for Management Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct cost, profitability, and performance analyses of Transit, Shipping, Handling, and Transport activities Participate in monthly closings and financial analyses Collect, validate, and analyze operational data Perform data extraction, processing, and analysis using Excel Contribute to the continuous improvement of management tools, reporting, and management control processes Work closely with operational teams to support decision-making
YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor ‘s degree (Bac+3) to Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Management. Prior experience (internship or academic project) is appreciated but not required.
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, search, charts, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of general and analytical accounting Knowledge of budgeting principles and management indicators Knowledge of an ERP system is an asset
