Job Description:
In strict compliance with company standards and under the authority of the Management Control Manager, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:
Participating in the preparation of the monthly management report (MMR) within the deadlines; Participating in the control of MMR margins and analyzing their consistency with store dashboards; Participating in the rationalization of overhead costs in relation to the budget and historical data; Participating in budget preparation; Acting as a liaison for the Audit Manager in the ongoing monitoring of procedures. Required profile: Bachelor’s degree (4-5 years of higher education) in Accounting, Management Control, or Auditing. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, in commerce and/or management. Technical skills: Analytical and general accounting. Management/office software. Soft skills: Analytical and synthesis skills . Adaptability. Initiative and agility. Results-oriented/decision-making/sense of priorities.
