PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Seniority in this position and/or prior experience in microfinance would be an asset. Good understanding of regulations and credit products. Proficiency in negotiation strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prospecting for new clients; Developing and retaining the agency’s loan portfolio; Preparing and presenting loan applications to the committee; Monitoring client relationships and loan repayments; Producing activity reports and periodic reports on management activities; Performing administrative tasks related to the position
