- Loan Supervisor / Loan Team Leader
- Debt Recovery Officer
- Operations Supervisor
(Oversee teller operations, supervise daily cash collection, manage the vault)
- Branch Teller
(Daily cash operations)
- Back Office Operator / Back Office Manager
(Loan setup, overdraft management, reversals, accounting corrections, round-ups, manual deductions, check processing, etc.)
- Daily collector
(Collect deposits directly from customers)
Sales Officer
(Customer prospecting, acquisition, and promotion of products and services)
- Branch Manager
Support Functions (limited to Douala) :
