Missions / Responsibilities:
Placed under the responsibility of the Customer Service Supervisor, the customer service manager will have the main missions of:
Creating and developing a portfolio of healthy customers by ensuring quality customer service and by promoting loyalty;
Prospect and acquire new customers by identifying growth opportunities;
Ensure follow-up of customer files and loan requests;
Create customer credit files under his responsibility;
Monitor the repayment of loans granted.
Equip customers according to defined objectives;
Profile:
Skills and qualities required:
Good listening, analysis and synthesis skills;
Good customer relationship management skills;
Strong commercial orientation and ability to achieve set objectives;
Knowledge of credit activity;
Dynamism and sense of teamwork;
Mental calculation skills;
Good knowledge of business accounting and financial analysis;
Good knowledge of risk management, particularly credit risk;
Aptitude and motivation for fieldwork;
Mastery of computers ;
Fluency in French and/or English;
Required profile:
Level of study: BAC + 3 in Management Sciences (Accounting/Economics/Finance/Law/Management/Marketing & Commercial Action/Commerce and Distribution).
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in an activity relating to customer relationship management.
