HINTEL Higher Institute is launching a recruitment campaign for teachers in the BTS (Higher Technical Diploma) program for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Candidate Profile:
- Must hold a Doctorate or at least a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in the relevant subject area.
- At least five (05) years of experience in higher education (experience in the BTS program is highly preferred).
- Strong command of BTS pedagogical guidelines and curricula.
- Capable of delivering lectures and practical sessions.
- Proven skills in educational engineering and teaching material design.
- Proficient in digital teaching tools and interactive learning methods.
- Able to collaborate closely with department heads and the institute’s administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in coordination meetings (NB: these are mandatory academic duties).
- Supervise and assess students’ work (daily follow-up, assignments, evaluations, corrections, etc.) and provide evaluation reports when required.
- Submit two (2) exam papers and answer keys for each of the 2 continuous assessments (CC), the semester exams (SN), and resits no later than the end of August, along with course progress sheets.
❗ Failure to comply will result in non-renewal of teaching engagement.
- Submit corrections and grade sheets strictly within the deadlines set in the exam schedule.
❗ Non-compliance will result in financial penalties in accordance with internal regulations.
- Complete the curriculum within the allotted time and meet the required teaching hours.
- Teach in-person as scheduled by department heads.
- Conduct continuous assessments (CC) in accordance with academic guidelines.
- Enforce and adhere to the institute’s internal regulations.
Application Requirements:
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- A handwritten application addressed to the Director of HINTEL Higher Institute.
- A detailed and updated curriculum vitae.
- Certified copies of diplomas and certificates.
- A copy of the national identity card.
- A motivation letter explaining interest in the subjects and preferred teaching approach.
- Proof of work experience (e.g., work certificate).
- Criminal record extract less than three (3) months old.
- A signed commitment to comply with all the above-stated requirements.
- A recent passport-sized photo.
If selected, candidates must submit for each subject:
- Three (3) printed and bound copies including:
- Detailed course plan
- Pedagogical progress sheet with learning objectives and assessment methods
- A 10-page maximum syllabus per subject, including:
- Chapter-by-chapter objectives
- Skills to be developed
- Key theoretical concepts
- Summary
- Suggested bibliography
- Required materials
- Student personal work schedule
- Teaching methods and instructional strategies
- A digital and printed version of the methodological framework prior to each academic activity
Recruitment & Renewal Process:
- March to May 30: Pre-selection (document screening)
- June 1 to June 30: Interviews
- Assessment of pedagogical and subject-specific skills by a panel
- Presentation of course programs and supporting materials
- July 1 to July 31: Final validation
- Selected instructors must submit the full teaching package described in point 10

Expert Review & Contracting:
In August, submitted programs will be reviewed. Selected instructors may be contacted for further clarification during this phase.
Final candidates will be invited to sign contracts and collect their teaching schedules starting June 1, 2025.
