The goal is to help improve next-generation enterprise AI systems by better understanding how real organizations execute day-to-day work.
This program is designed for mid-sized companies and is structured to ensure strict privacy, compliance, and data protection standards throughout the entire process.

Who This Is For
Organizations that typically qualify include:
30+ employees
Active daily operations using software systems, documentation, or structured internal processes
Established workflows (e.g., SOPs, operational procedures, internal tooling, or collaboration systems)

What Is Being Evaluated
The partner organization is interested in high-level workflow and process data such as:
Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Tooling and software usage patterns
Internal operational documentation
Process flows and non-sensitive workflow structures
All data is fully anonymized and redacted prior to any transfer. Sensitive information such as customer data, financial records, and proprietary trade secrets is explicitly excluded.

Compensation Structure
Engagements are evaluated individually based on the depth, consistency, and value of the operational data provided. Typical compensation ranges include:
Approximately $250,000 for standard workflow datasets
Up to $2,000,000 for highly specialized or large-scale operational datasets
Some partnerships may also include ongoing arrangements for continued data contribution over time.
