Missions
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the sales representative will be responsible for marketing the company’s solutions. He/she will be responsible for:
Identifying and prospecting new clients in a high-potential market
Monitoring the evolution of our offers in companies and helping to develop the strategy internally;
Conducting all activities related to client management (Initiating, negotiating and concluding contracts, terms, offers, etc.)
Analyzing client constraints and proposing solutions to senior management
Managing reporting tasks related to their function (weekly and monthly)
Profile
Have at least a Bac+ 2 in Commercial Action, Marketing, Commerce and Sales Etc.
Have mastery of sales techniques
Mastery of IT tools
Mastery of WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT software
Personal skills
Be able to work in a team;
Be of good moral character and have good organizational skills;
Be able to express yourself in French or English;
Be able to adapt to change;
Be proactive, curious, dynamic, tenacious, insightful, friendly, disciplined;
Have a spirit of challenge;
Have ease in expressing oneself;
Ability to negotiate and convince;
Having a little experience in B to B prospecting would be an asset.
