Job Details:
We are looking for a meticulous Receptionist with excellent customer service skills.
The ideal candidate is presentable, honest, and capable of handling both customer reception and cash register operations. They must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, be proficient with cash register systems, and be able to work under pressure while consistently delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Main responsibilities:
– Greet customers in person and by phone, guide them, and provide information on the company’s products and services
– Follow up with customers
– Respond effectively to customer requests
– Process customer payments and manage the cash register
– Report to management
Candidate profile:
Age: 23 to 28 years old
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Hospitality, Business, or Accounting
Required experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
Languages: French / English (An asset)
Required soft skills
: * Proficiency with POS terminals * Strong
communication skills
* Proficiency in office software
* Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
* Honesty, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Patience and politeness
* Meticulousness in managing funds and accounting documents
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
