As a receptionist at TEXIH Inn Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting guests with a warm smile and a helpful attitude.
– Managing reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently and accurately. – Providing information about our services and local activities, particularly given our prime location just 1 minute from Bonapriso and 2 minutes from Bonanjo.
– Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
The receptionist role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
