GENERAL MISSION
Organize, lead and develop a profit center by implementing the bank’s commercial policy as defined by the General Management with a view to achieving results.
ACTIVITIES
Initiate all commercial actions with a view to making the Agency profitable
Detect customer needs, offer new banking services and products.
• Manage the agency’s operating account to optimize its profitability.
Develop the SME portfolio and Corporate
within its scope;
Develop commercial activity and lead
teams with a view to achieving the objectives set

Monitor banking, legal, tax and social regulations specific to its scope.
•
Productively manage the Human Capital made available to it
Set individual and collective objectives,
support and evaluate employee performance.
Ensure reporting to management.
PROFILE
• Have a level of education of at least Bac +3 in banking, finance, accounting, commerce, marketing, sales, etc.; Have at least 5 years of professional banking experience in the above-mentioned fields;

Master the computer tool
• Being bilingual (French & English) would be an asset
