We are looking for a Toyota and VO Sales Advisor based in: Cameroon Job description: With the vision of being the benchmark automotive company in terms of customer experience, we are looking for people with exceptional commercial skills, driven by audacity, passion and the desire to make a difference.  Category 9 position placed under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Toyota and Used Vehicles (VO) Sales Advisor’s mission is to contribute to the achievement of our volume and market share objectives. and margin, through the promotion and marketing of the vehicles in its portfolio.  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES   Carry out a global commercial approach Welcome and inform customers. Present the characteristics of the different models. Provide technical solutions that meet the customer’s needs/requirements. Advise the customer on the choice of options and equipment. Present the customer benefits of peripheral products and services. Where applicable, serve as the first point of contact/interface between customers on the one hand and Cami workshops and stores on the other hand, for the identification of the best maintenance or assembly solutions for specific equipment. Estimate used vehicles and negotiate trade-in values with a view to optimizing them. Determine and present financing methods adapted to customer needs. Present the overall commercial offer to the client. Monitor the overall processing of an order until delivery, with a permanent focus on excellence in execution. Inform customers in a timely manner of the progress of their pending orders. Prospect and contribute to the visibility of our brands Implement the Company’s commercial action plan. Prospect and develop a clientele of individuals, businesses, etc. Relaunch dormant clients. Organize your prospecting according to the qualitative and quantitative objectives determined by CAMI standards (phoning, mailing, physical travel, etc.). Carry out commercial or direct marketing actions as part of events. Ensure commercial monitoring of the vehicle fleet in its customer portfolio. Guarantee an efficient commercial back office Complete activity monitoring materials and provide relevant information feedback. Respond to calls for tenders from companies and administrations. Ensure effective and timely payment in the event of a forward sale. Process complaints. Required profile :

 




Our ideal candidate will have:

At least a BTS / DUT in Marketing, commerce, sales, Communication.
Minimum 03 years of experience in selling premium products.
 

Technical skills

Excellent knowledge and demonstrated experience in prospecting, negotiation techniques, sales and customer relationship management.

Ability to understand clients’ business issues.

Good analytical and synthesis skills.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in French and intermediate level in English.

Computer skills and mastery of the Microsoft pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
