POSITION TO BE FILLED
The BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA Group is currently looking for
a SENIOR HR MANAGER for one of its subsidiaries based in Douala (01).
ACTIVITIES
Participation in the definition of the HR strategy
• Understand and implement the HR strategy defined by Management within the factory.
• Determine flagship projects based on this strategy and the expectations of operational staff (report them to management).


• Propose and validate the nature and schedule of HR projects with management.
• Monitoring and control of the payroll, recruitment and training process within the factory
Advice and support to operational staff
• Respond to requests from operational staff on all areas of HR (labor law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, remuneration, management of employee representatives, etc.).
• Support managers in the application of labor law and in team development (recruitment, career management, etc.).
• Support operational staff in their HR-related decisions (recruitment, dismissal, performance review, promotion, conflict, social disputes, etc.), help them integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions.
– Define and ensure the application by operational staff of all HR procedures.
Implementation of HR projects
Lead multiple HR projects corresponding to the HR strategy: implementation of the HRIS, new organizational chart, working time organization, etc.
Coordinate activities, monitor and control implementations.
Set up HR monitoring and reporting tools.
PRP Manager
Hygiene of staff members, employee facilities; training
Update of HR procedures and processes
PROFILE
– Academic level: Bac +4/5 specialized in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Sociology, Psychology.
Professional experience: minimum 5 years in a similar or management position
• Minimum age: 28 years
