• Provide professional counseling and guidance to students on academic, personal, social,

• Develop and implement mentorship programs that support students’ academic and
 personal development.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions while maintaining appropriate confidentiality

• Assist students in identifying challenges that may affect their academic performance and
