Mission / Job description:
In order to strengthen its Customer Relations Center team, Advans Cameroon is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of two (02) “Multimedia Customer Advisors” who will be based in Douala, at the institution’s Head Office.
Location: Headquarters – Douala Number of positions: 02 Contract: Fixed-term contract Duration: 18 months Missions / Responsibilities: Under the management of the Customer Relations Center Supervisor, you will be mainly responsible for: Providing quality reception and support for customer calls relating to the products and services offered by Advans in the 4 customer needs universes; Guaranteeing the compliance and reliability of the operations and files managed and applying the procedures; Carrying out commercial rebounds in order to propose solutions adapted and useful to the needs of customers. Participating in the commercial actions implemented at the CRC; Making outbound calls from targeting or by following up with emails and online quotes; Taking charge of processing customer emails centralized at the CRC; Making qualified appointments for the local network; Contacting customers by telephone and through all communication channels; Organizing your commercial activity in compliance with the set policy and defined ambitions; Processing customer operations while ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines; Ensure the updating of customer databases; Guarantee the processing of incoming calls (complaints or requests for information) by ensuring quality advice and support for customers; Ensure, upon request, the interim of the CRC supervisor in the event of absence; Carry out any other task proposed by his/her hierarchical superior. Profile / Profile: Required skills and qualities: Required skills Ease in speaking, writing and listening to French and English: being bilingual or multilingual is an asset; Strong negotiation skills;
Good organizational skills and ability to effectively manage priorities;
Writing and synthesis skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Mastery of basic IT and digital tools (Office, telephone switchboard)

Required profile:
Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) / Accounting / Economics / Finance / Audit / Banking / Marketing / Communication
02 years minimum experience in the banking sector (Call Center, CRC, Front, middle or back office);
