As part of its operations, VERICAM is seeking two Field Operations Officers, one in Douala and one in Yaoundé.
General Mission
: The Field Operations Officer is responsible for the coordination, monitoring, and quality of field operations, working directly with agents, dealers, and supervisors.
They ensure:
● the proper execution of enrollment activities in the field,
● adherence to procedures and objectives, ●
reliable reporting of field information,
● smooth communication between the field, back office, and management.
This is a key role in ensuring the performance, discipline, and compliance of field operations.
Required Skills Technical
● Experience in managing field operations
● Ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously
● Comfortable with digital tools and reporting
● Good understanding of KYC/field processes (an asset)
Managerial & Behavioral

Languages
● French required
● English (an asset)

Ideal Candidate Profile
● Minimum of a 2-year or 3-year post-secondary degree (Management, Logistics, Business, Administration, or equivalent)
● 3 to 5 years of experience in field operations (telecoms, distribution, logistics, FMCG, services)
● Experience supervising mobile teams
● Strong national mobility
● Ability to work in demanding environments and Rapidly evolving.
