CECIC , a second-category microfinance institution, is seeking cashiers for its branch network.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage the agency’s cash register; Process teller transactions

MAIN ACTIVITIES: Open and close the teller window; Manage the cash register and process customer transactions (withdrawals, deposits, check deposits); Enter cash movements and deposits into the system; Ensure daily monitoring and adjustment of the cash balance in the system; Ensure adherence to procedures; Ensure accurate cash counting; Maintain the cleanliness of the cash register; Contribute to customer loyalty by offering products and services tailored to their needs

REQUIRED PROFILE: Minimum of a two-year post-secondary degree (Bac +2) in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, and at least two years of experience in a similar position. Alternatively, a high school diploma (Bac) with at least three years of experience in the position being recruited for within a microfinance or banking institution. Proficiency in handling figures and funds. Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel). Good knowledge of the microfinance sector. Strong customer service and listening skills. Organized and meticulous. Demonstrated integrity and honesty. Demonstrated speed, stamina, and concentration. Disciplined and respectful of rules and procedures.
