two dynamic and motivated profiles: a Unilingual Secretary and a
Bilingual Secretary. These roles are essential to ensure the efficiency and optimization of
daily administrative tasks, while guaranteeing a professional welcome
and smooth communication within our structure.
1. Unilingual Secretary (French or English)
Main missions:
Manage the physical and telephone reception of students, teachers, and
partners.
Ensure the processing of mail (receiving, writing, and sending
documents).
Coordinate agendas, plan internal meetings and events.
Take care of the administrative management of student and
staff files.
Organize and maintain the institution’s archives and documentation.
Carry out various secretarial tasks (writing minutes,
organizing meetings, file management, etc.).
Desired profile:
Diploma in secretarial work, administration or any other
equivalent qualification.
Excellent command of French or English (oral and written).
Good command of IT tools (MS Office,
administrative management software).
Organizational skills and rigor in priority management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of confidentiality.

2. Bilingual Secretary (French-English)
Main missions:
Manage the reception and orientation of French-speaking and
English-speaking visitors and students.
Ensure the translation and drafting of administrative documents in French
and English.
Facilitate communications between the different teams, including
international partners.
Monitor and manage bilingual correspondence.
Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and other activities related
to staff and students.
Manage administrative files and ensure the proper maintenance of
bilingual archives.
Desired profile:
Diploma in bilingual secretarial work or any other related field.
Perfect command of French and English (oral and written).
Previous experience in a similar position would be a major asset.
Excellent command of IT tools (MS Office,
secretarial software).
Very good communication skills and ability to manage several
tasks simultaneously.
