BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for two (02) Raw Materials and Consumables WAREHOUSE OWNERS for its agencies based in Douala.
ACTIVITIES
Identifying all consumables and general resources in the store in quantity and quality
Draw up stock sheets for each item
Grouping products/consumables/general resources intended for an order,
Checking the conformity of products received and delivered, as well as the regularity of the documents accompanying said products Grouping and jointly monitoring products of the same nature, as well as the labeling of all items stored in the store Ensuring operational stock management: controlling the rotation of products/consumables/general resources, checking their availability, procurement from suppliers, storage, cleaning, monitoring consumption, anticipating stock shortages Monitor the alert stock and the average monthly consumption stock of each product Reconcile physical stocks and theoretical stocks every day Maintain basic stock management documents Participate in inventories and updating stocks, Ensure the supply of consumables taking into account the production plans established in compliance with FIFO and FEFO Master the procedures for entering and exiting products Ensure the maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of the store’s equipment and materials PROFILE Academic level: Baccalaureate + EP / BTS Logistics and Transport option Inventory Management / Baccalaureate G2 / BTS CGE; Professional experience: 02 years of responsibility for the stock of a store; TECHNICAL SKILLS Good knowledge of all products referenced in the company’s stock. Good ability to read and interpret order tracking documents, barcodes, purchase order. Proficiency in the use of handling trolleys. Proficiency in stock management software such as SAGE, DATA CENTRAL, Excel, Word, etc. Good knowledge of optical barcode reading devices.
A forklift license is required if handling pallet trucks or forklifts is required.
Good command of FIFO and LIFO practices depending on current needs.
