CALL CENTER AGENT
JOB TITLE: Call Center Agent
LOCATION: Yaoundé
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDD
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 04
MAIN MISSION: Respond to customer requests via the digital contact channels set up (WhatsApp, Call, Email, Social Networks)
ACADEMIC LEVEL: Minimum higher education Bac+2 (BTS or License in communication, marketing, commerce, sales or any other related discipline)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 01 year in a similar position
EXPERTISE :
- Manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls within the contact center
- Keep a complete file which lists all calls and/or conversations in the database
- Take advantage of available opportunities to sell or advertise products and services to customers
- Ensure that any response given to customers is in accordance with the communication scripts that have been prepared for different topics covering customer service issues
- Identify the needs of different customers, clarify information, undertake necessary research and provide lasting solutions to customer problems
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- To be bilingual
- Have good writing skills
- Mastery of computers
- Mastery of banking operations
