CALL CENTER AGENT

JOB TITLE: Call Center Agent

LOCATION: Yaoundé

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDD

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 04

MAIN MISSION: Respond to customer requests via the digital contact channels set up (WhatsApp, Call, Email, Social Networks)

ACADEMIC LEVEL: Minimum higher education Bac+2 (BTS or License in communication, marketing, commerce, sales or any other related discipline)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 01 year in a similar position

EXPERTISE :

  • Manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls within the contact center
  • Keep a complete file which lists all calls and/or conversations in the database
  • Take advantage of available opportunities to sell or advertise products and services to customers
  • Ensure that any response given to customers is in accordance with the communication scripts that have been prepared for different topics covering customer service issues
  • Identify the needs of different customers, clarify information, undertake necessary research and provide lasting solutions to customer problems

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • To be bilingual
  • Have good writing skills
  • Mastery of computers
  • Mastery of banking operations

  • Knowing how to listen, observe, evaluate
  • Be flexible and versatile
  • Be patient, empathetic, caring, courteous and enduring
  • Have interpersonal skills
  • Transmit information in an educational way
