The Black Child Bilingual School Group (GSB EN) is an establishment created in 2007 having
the English-speaking (Nursery-Class6) and French-speaking (Maternelle-CM 2) sections. For our
educational needs, we are looking for:

Gross salary of the category: According to the current salary scale of the Groupe Scolaire Enfant
Noir.

Place of residence: The employee’s place of residence will be the surroundings of the Odza district.
Objective of the position and hierarchical relationship: Under the authority of the Director, the Teacher provides
lessons according to the educational requirements in force.
Diploma / Level of study: CAPIEMP/Baccalaureate + 2 in educational sciences,
psychology or equivalent. Professional experience in the field of education is an
asset.
Required skills:
Knowledge:
– Knowledge of Education, Teaching, Educational Supervision and Evaluation.
– Ability to work in a school environment with children;
– Knowledge of IT tools and the Office Pack (Word and Excel);
– Fluency in French and English (read, written, spoken).

Responsibilities:
Generally speaking, he/she is required to:
1) Maintain, develop and constantly deepen his/her internal resources
(knowledge, know-how, know-how);
2) Prepare the lessons;
a- Remote preparation:
– Refer to the annual educational project to determine the lesson and its duration;
– Consult the educational documents useful for developing the lesson;
– Identify and prepare the teaching materials necessary for the lesson;
– Design the lesson taking into account the initial skills of the learners;
– Develop the educational project for the lesson.
b- Immediate preparation:
– Identify the resources to be acquired and mobilized (skills to be developed) by the
learners at the end of the lesson;
– Identify the prerequisites, skills essential to the acquisition and mobilization
of lesson resources;
– Organize the content of the lesson into didactic sequences;
– Prepare a formative evaluation for each didactic sequence of the lesson;
– Prepare application exercises, integration activities, etc. to give to
learners at the end of the lesson to consolidate the acquisition of resources and the ability
to mobilize them;
– Develop the lesson in the educational preparation workbook.
3) Observe standards of classroom practice and conduct of a lesson.
– Control the class (correct dress, establishment of order and discipline, control of
learners’ presence, control of the class, etc.);
– Recall content or correct a previously given assignment, to reinforce
the acquisition and mobilization of resources previously implemented;
– Install the prerequisites;
– Write the title of the lesson for each didactic sequence on the board:
 Put the learners in a preparatory activity (observation, discovery,
experimentation, etc.) to encourage them to participate in the development of the
lesson;
 Intervene masterfully through a demonstration and a synthesis to
communicate the resources of the lesson (knowledge, know-how, interpersonal skills, and
other resources);
 Submit learners to a formative assessment to monitor their level
of acquisition of resources, check their ability to mobilize them and, if
necessary, carry out remediation.
– Summarize the lesson session, then state a homework assignment (
application exercises, integration activities, etc.)
In particular, he/she is required to:
– Urge students to learn lessons and do homework, to do
personal research and personal exercises;
– Regularly evaluate students (continuous assessment), correct students’ papers and
correct assessments with copies returned to students;
– Report notes carefully and within deadlines in
students’ report cards or correspondence notebooks;
– Prepare the results and give report cards or correspondence books
to students;
– Maintain the internal regulations, respect them and make students aware of their respect

– Carefully keep the lesson preparation notebook;
– Complete the school’s educational or administrative documents;
– Attend educational meetings;
