Job Description
You handle customer requests (mail, email, telephone) for the day-to-day management of their account. You ensure the 1st level commercial relationship over the telephone (advice, commercial proposals, after-sales service management). You centralize and respond to subscription requests via online banking (product information, sending documentation, transfer to a bank advisor).
Within the company’s customer relations center, the remote customer service manager handles customer requests (mail, email, telephone) for the day-to-day management of their bank account (means payment, payment incidents).
- You ensure the 1st level commercial relationship remotely (advice, commercial proposals, preparation of contracts, etc.)
- You inform customers about banking products and services, directly or by directing them to the appropriate service
- You carry out day-to-day operations (account operation, means of payment, simple financial transactions, etc.)
- You prospect new customers as part of commercial campaigns
Type: CDI
- Be eligible for the apprenticeship contract (under 30 years old on the day of signing the contract)*
- Hold a baccalaureate (all sectors) at failed bac+2 level (maximum)
