Certified ISO 9001 version 2015, in order to maintain a high quality service for the benefit of students in international mobility as well as their families and loved ones, we are strengthening our teams in Cameroon, by recruiting 06 experienced Customer Managers, in the
cities of Douala, Bafoussam and Yaoundé.
Job description:
As the first point of contact with the client, the Manager will be responsible for:
❖ Welcoming, providing information, managing complaints, offering customers the company’s services, as well as administrative and financial procedures for
international studies, particularly in France,
❖ Tracking requests and responses to customers in the CRM tool,
❖ Recording customer information and data during commercial prospecting actions
, in compliance with internal procedures,
❖ Implementing commercial actions with prospects or customers in the form
of mailings or targeted phoning actions,
❖ Ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service
by participating in workshops and sharing best practices,
❖ Carrying out sales acts in order to increase the number of AVI (
Irrevocable Transfer Certificate) issued to schools, students, parents, and ensuring
administrative follow-up.
Candidate profile:
❖ Hold a Bac+3 level diploma in customer relations, marketing, commerce,
banking,
❖ Demonstrate extensive experience and solid knowledge of the principles of
customer relations,
❖ Mastery of commercial, communication, marketing, commercial prospecting
and sales techniques,
❖ Knowledge of the administrative and financial formalities for applying for
student visas would be an asset,
❖ Mastery of IT and office tools, commercial relationship management software
(HubSpot).
